Palak Paneer Paratha

Palak Paneer Paratha




Ingredients( makes 8 medium parathas) :
Spinach washed thoroughly, dried and chopped 1 bunch
Paneer 150 gms
Amchur powder/ chaat masala 1 tsp
Garam masala 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Butter or desi ghee as much you wanted
Salt as per taste

Method:
In pan, add oil.
Add jeera and ginger garlic paste.
Roast it for some time.
Add spinach leaves and cook till leaves are wilted..
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder..
Mix and cook for few minutes.
Add garam masala, chaat/amchur masala..
Mix well and cook till moisture from palak is gone( crucial step if you dont want holes in your paratha while rolling it)..
When palak becomes little dry in consistency, add paneer.
Adjust seasonings.
Take it out on plate and spread it to cool down..
Let this cool down completely..
Once cooled, make parathas. If you dont know how to stuff parathas then move over to pics to know how..
Add dallop of butter on these steaming hot parathas and serve it with pickle, dahi, tomato ketchup.. Nothing like it in this rains..

In a blender mix the following ingredients
1 packet hide and seek
1 packet dark Oreo biscuits
1 cup milk
Half tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence optional
➡Blend it to a medium thick paste consistency
➡pour the mixture into a microvave safe bowl and make sure you keep a butter paper in the bowl before you pour the batter.
➡microvave for 2 to 3 min. Untill you see it's done. Poke a knife to see if it come out clear
➡let it cool down.
➡coat with nutella and you are done .

Stuffed paneer capsicum



Stuffed paneer capsicum

Ingredients :
Capsicum
Coriander and green chilly finely chopped
Paneer 1/2 cup
Onion 1 cup
Cheese grated 1/4 cup
Jeera and dhana powder
Garam masala, Chaat masala, haldi, salt
Paav bhaji masala
Oil

Method:

1. Saute finely chopped onion in oil . Let it cool.

2. Add crumbled paneer, cheese, coriander, green chilly and all masalas mentioned above.

3. Remove seeds from the capsicum and stuff the mixture .

4. Take a non stick pan , grease it with oil.

5. Put all stuffed capsicum in pan. Top it with grated cheese and cover the pan with lid.

6. Switch on the flame and cook for 10-12 mins.

7. Enjoy stuffed capsicum with Pulav or Roti.

Recipe

πŸ’™ Take one cup whole wheat flour.
πŸ’™ One tbsp Rawa/ Suji
πŸ’™ Half cup Dessi ghee
πŸ’™ 3/4th cup of sugar powder.
πŸ’™Pinch of salt.

πŸ’™ Beat Desi Ghee n Sugar till fluffy ,add flour,Rawa,salt n knead a dough.
πŸ’™ Make round balls n press softly n decorate with almonds or any dry Fruit (optional)
πŸ’™ Preheat oven at 180° n bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
πŸ’™ Serve when it cools.

Ingredients:
Onions ( cut lengthwise)
Capsicum ( cut lengthwise)
Potatoes ( cut lengthwise)
Tomatoes ( deseeded n cut lengthwise)
 Paneer ( optional)
 Carrots ( cut lengthwise)
 Green peas
 Garlic
 Rice
 Oil
 Jeera
 Red chilli pdr,dhanya pdr,kpra tawa pulav masala,salt n haldi pdr.
Corriander/ spring onions green fr garnishing.

Method:

1. Cut all the veges lengthwise.
2. Soak the rice fr 30 min n cook it.
3. Take oil in nonstick pan
4. Add jeera.
5. Once jeera crackles add garlic.
6. Add onions,capsicum,carrots and cook them with salt in it.
7. Once the veges are tender add all t dry masala except haldi pdr.
8. Mix all veges n masala well.
9. Add rice,tomatoes,paneer n haldi pdr.
10. Mix the rice well make sure not to break the rice by mixing too hard.
11. Once everything is mixed add corriander or spring onion greens fr garnishing.
12. Serve hot wth raita.

P.S:.*** You can add paneer though its optional. I hav nt used this time.
***U can boil green peas along wth rice. I make in open pan so i add green peas along. Even if u make rice in cooker u cn add along wth rice.
**"I use k-pra tawa pulav masala. U cn use other brands as well.

Ingredients required :
1)6 tablespoon Kala chana keep it for soaking for 5/6 hours I put last night
2)one inch ginger,5/6 garlic cloves, coriander,2 green chillies
3)palak/spinach
4)salt,garam masala, kitchen king/sabji masala,garam masala,dhaniya powder,red chilli powder
5)one big onion finely chopped

Suffing-:

Paneer

Hued chime papers - red yellow green

Onions

All cut in solid shapes.

*Marinade-:

Yogurt/Dahi

Ginger garlic glue

Smashed kasoori methi

Everest Tandoori masala

Chaat masala/Dry mango powder

Red crisp powder

Turmeric

Salt

Add all veggies and paneer to this and keep aside to marinate for 1 hour or something like that.

Utilize sticks to flame broil them on tava with dash of margarine or utilize OTG.

*Chutney-:

Mint leaves + coriander leaves+ 2 palak leaves + green chillies+ ginger+ garlic+ little bit of onion + salt - : crush , include few drops of lemon juice.

*Salad-:

Cut onion + generally cleaved mint and coriander clears out.

* Roti-:

I utilized customary wheat flour poli/roties. Just moved them greater than regular fulkas.

Amass :

On a hot tava include margarine , put roti spread smidgen of margarine, chutney, include paneer stuffing , serving of mixed greens , sprinkle squeeze of visit masala, roll and eat hot!!
