French Fries with Cream Cheese Sauce
Cut 3-4 big potatoes into long sticks.
Put them in cold water for 20mins.
After that fry them on low heat for a while until cooked.
Then take them out and cool.
Fry them again on high heat until golden brown.
For Cream Cheese Sauce:
In a bowl take sufficient amount of cream cheese, processed cheese spread and add milk to it.
Stir it and blend well.
Heat the mixture in microwave for 30seconds. Remove the mixture and stir it until no lumps are forming. (You can again put it in microwave if the mixture has not blended well.)
Add salt, pepper, rosemary, chilly flakes, oregano as per taste.
Pour the sauce on the fries.
Garnish with parsley and coriander.
