Pan kulfi : tasty receipes

Recipe:


1 liter full cream drain

1/2 glass sugar

1 green elachi

1/2 glass tuti fruti

For the paan puree

5-6 beetel leaves (paan)

1 tbsp gulkand

1/4 tsp elachi powder

1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)

1/4 glass drain

Technique:

1. Keep drain for bubbling in substantial base vessel, include green elachi in it. Enable it to diminish on moderate fire till it's 1/4 th in amount. Continue blending once in a while.

(Tip: to keep drain from spilling include a little yet overwhelming in weight steel katori...the drain won't rise up...remove the katori when drain is diminished to half of it's amount).

2. Presently include sugar and continue bubbling low fire for more 5 mins.

3. In the mean time make a paan puree by crushing the above fixings.
