Glass Idli ( using Jackfruit leaves) & Sambar( small onions)...

Today's Breakfast:-

Glass Idli ( utilizing Jackfruit leaves) and Sambar( little onions)...


Glass Idli....

Put one glass udid dal and 21/2 crude rice ( customary) into water for four hours. At that point first pound udid dal ( wash well) including water.( close to nothing). Move this hitter into vessel. At that point granulate crude rice ( wash well) coarsely. Blend this hitter into udid player. Include salt and blend well. Mature it medium-term. Player is prepared.

Instructions to make glass Idli...

Take a glass. Put three Jackfruit leaves into glass as appeared in pic. Pour one level spoon brimming with player into it. Warmth Idli steamer( include enough water into I). When it bubbles put this glass with player into it.Let it steam for twenty minutes. After switch off& evacuate this glass. Let it cool& expel Jackfruit leaves with Idli.

Sambhar ( shallots)

Wash one glass Tur Dal and weight cook it for four shrieks ( including enough water) Then clean shallots and cook independently. Put this cooked Dal into Vessel. Include cooked shallots, tomato. Give a pleasant bubble. At that point include sambar powder (1 tbs),little Haldi powder, asafoetida and salt. Last give thadka of mustard seeds and curry clears out. Trimming with coriander clears out. Serve hot with cone Idli. Enjoyyyy.
