Khadahi panner

Khadahi... panner
Mix veg without... onion... garlic..
Naan &..onion.. cucumber..salad..
But no time for presentation.. garnish...
Khadahi panner
3 onion cut in square pieces..
2 .. capsicum..cut in squares...
1cup panner cubes..
For gravy..
2 onions coarsely grinded in mixer
4 ,🍅 few cashew nuts grinded
Ginger garlic paste
Corriander seeds, jeera ,  whole dryred chilli... roasted..and corasely....grind..or crush with stone...
In khadahi take 3tbs oil.. 1tbs ghee..add jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, ...after few seconds..add ginger garlic..paste..fry...add..
grinded... onions.fry till golden..on medium to slow flame..add salt ..for onions..
Add tomato puree..fry..on.. slow medium...flame..till.oil..seprates...
Adddhaniyapowder.haldi.lalmirch....powder..fry..add..
Garam.. masala.. half quantity of fresh....dry masala.. which.we..crushed....fry well..add onion, capsicum,.. salt...fry well cover for 3 minutes.on slow flame..add panner.cubes. little..water..half..masala..which..was..left.. little sugar...roasted and crushed.kasturi meethi..mix well and cream..or milk..mix well cover and cook for few minutes...serve hot with roti...naan...
