Stuffed paneer capsicum

Ingredients :
Capsicum
Coriander and green chilly finely chopped
Paneer 1/2 cup
Onion 1 cup
Cheese grated 1/4 cup
Jeera and dhana powder
Garam masala, Chaat masala, haldi, salt
Paav bhaji masala
Oil

Method:

1. Saute finely chopped onion in oil . Let it cool.

2. Add crumbled paneer, cheese, coriander, green chilly and all masalas mentioned above.

3. Remove seeds from the capsicum and stuff the mixture .

4. Take a non stick pan , grease it with oil.

5. Put all stuffed capsicum in pan. Top it with grated cheese and cover the pan with lid.

6. Switch on the flame and cook for 10-12 mins.

7. Enjoy stuffed capsicum with Pulav or Roti.
