zatpat tawa pulav










Ingredients:
Onions ( cut lengthwise)
Capsicum ( cut lengthwise)
Potatoes ( cut lengthwise)
Tomatoes ( deseeded n cut lengthwise)
 Paneer ( optional)
 Carrots ( cut lengthwise)
 Green peas
 Garlic
 Rice
 Oil
 Jeera
 Red chilli pdr,dhanya pdr,kpra tawa pulav masala,salt n haldi pdr.
Corriander/ spring onions green fr garnishing.

Method:

1. Cut all the veges lengthwise.
2. Soak the rice fr 30 min n cook it.
3. Take oil in nonstick pan
4. Add jeera.
5. Once jeera crackles add garlic.
6. Add onions,capsicum,carrots and cook them with salt in it.
7. Once the veges are tender add all t dry masala except haldi pdr.
8. Mix all veges n masala well.
9. Add rice,tomatoes,paneer n haldi pdr.
10. Mix the rice well make sure not to break the rice by mixing too hard.
11. Once everything is mixed add corriander or spring onion greens fr garnishing.
12. Serve hot wth raita.

P.S:.*** You can add paneer though its optional. I hav nt used this time.
***U can boil green peas along wth rice. I make in open pan so i add green peas along. Even if u make rice in cooker u cn add along wth rice.
**"I use k-pra tawa pulav masala. U cn use other brands as well.
